The Extra Mile reserves the right to refuse service for a few different reasons. As our demand drastically increased, frequently meeting our maximum capacity is a common happening for us. As a result, we permit ourselves to be selective with our customers in certain situations.
As a general rule, we do not tolerate any act of discrimination or offense towards our staff. This is especially valid regarding racism or xenophobia against Vietnamese nationals. At any moment, should we estimate that the beavior of a customer is not tolerable or could make our staff uncomfortable to the level of raising a concern, we will refuse service without the need of providing a detailed explanation.
Other reasons we may refuse service for are the potential mismatch between the customer expectation and the service we wish to provide. For example, should a customer show clear signs of attempting a road trip while requesting a city-rental contract, we will possibly refuse the booking.
Another example is the price expectation, for which we do not accept negotiations. We are free to offer deals as we see fit, however bargaining efforts will not be successful since we normally run at maximum capacity.
