The Honda CRF 150 is provided by our partner Tigit Motorbikes.
This bike is available for tours ONLY!
Please note: These bikes come optimized for daytime offroad rides. If you need to ride mainly on paved roads and possibly during nighttime, please choose the Honda XR 15o instead.
We believe the CRF150 is among the smartest choices for Vietnam’s rugged backcountry. Though it doesn’t deliver top‐end power, it more than makes up for it in dependability—and when the trail turns muddy, rocky, or flat-out brutal, that reliability counts.
Free Damage Waiver Provided
This model features wide footpegs, knobby offroad tires, and—critically—a mandatory damage waiver built in. Since we expect these bikes to take a beating, this protection is part of the rental price (no opt-out). It ensures you can ride hard without worrying about every scratch or spill.
Comparing the CRF 150L to the CRF 250L
Compared to its larger sibling, the CRF250, the CRF150 holds some surprising advantages. It’s lighter—so when the terrain is extreme, that means better control. Its suspension is high-quality, and its simpler air‐cooled engine and shared clutch parts make repairs easier and parts more available even in remote areas.
The Rack on the Honda CRF 150L
The rear rack on the CRF150 is usable, but don’t plan on building your luggage strategy around it. It’s best to travel light, using a backpack for gear. The rack is there if needed, but it’s more of a backup than a full load-carrier.
