All our services are VAT inclusive. You may request VAT invoices to be used for Vietnamese companies only.

We have 2 types of payments: the rental and the security deposit. The rental is a charge, while the security deposit is kept and paid back to the customer upon finishing the rental. The security deposit will be charged for extra days, loss of accessories and/or damage of the bike and accessories. Please, check the capacities and restrictions of each method carefully.

1 – Credit Cards

Charges in GBP, EUR or USD, other currencies will be converted. GBP and EUR charges incur a 3% processing fee ; 4% for USD, all to be born by the customer.

Stripe payments are made on our online payment page. Stripe payments are processed through our secure online payment page. The payment is split into two separate transactions: one for the rental fee and one for the security deposit. The security deposit is placed as a credit card pre-authorization hold. This is not a charge and will be automatically released once the bike is returned. After release, the hold will either disappear from your statement or the amount will be returned to your account. Release times vary by card issuer and country. Many customers see the hold released immediately or within a few hours. In most cases, it is completed within 1–2 business days. In rare cases—typically involving cards issued in countries with more restrictive or developing financial systems—the release may take up to 7–10 days.

There is no processing fee for credit card holds, unless we need to charge the deposit.

When opening the online payment link, you will see this form. Please, follow the instructions under the screenshot:

1. Select your currency: GBP, EUR or USD.

2. Input your email, this is necessary for us to track your payments.

3. Input the security deposit amount (this amount does not incur in fees.) Make sure to leave the “Deposit Type” next as “Refundable”.

4. Input the payment amount, this amount must contain the 3% or 4% fee. We will confirm the exact amount to input prior to requesting the online payment.

5. You may put your name and the bike selection, this note will appear in the transaction details on your statement.

You may then click on “Pay” and the system will process 2 payments one after the other, the deposit first and the charge after. You will see a “success” notification when the payment is finished.

If you transfer to one of our accounts out of Vietnam, please do not input “Vietnam” in any selection. These are all accounts set for domestic transfers only and all in foreign currency. For example, our USD account is hosted in the USA, AUD in Australia, and so on.
