All our services are VAT inclusive. You may request VAT invoices to be used for Vietnamese companies only. If you require a VAT invoice for a company not established in Vietnam, we can still issue it but you will not be able to use it to reduce expenses in your country.
We have 2 types of payments: the rental and the security deposit. The rental is a charge, while the security deposit is kept and paid back to the customer upon finishing the rental. The security deposit will be charged for extra days, loss of accessories and/or damage of the bike and accessories. Please, check the capacities and restrictions of each method carefully.

1 – Credit Cards

For card payments online charges are in GBP, EUR, or USD. Other currencies will be converted to GBP. We charge a 3% processing fee for USD payments.
At the office, we use our POS machine for card payments, this receives physical cards and NFC taps. These are payments in VND. We charge a 3% processing fee for payments VND.
Online payments may be facilitated through our online payment page. It can take both the deposit and the rental, follow these instructions:
- Select the currency. Be mindful that for USD we require a 3% surcharge.
- Input your email for us to track your payment.
- Input the security deposit amount. This is a pre-authorization hold and not a charge. This transaction is cancelled after the rental ends.
- Input the charge amount which corresponds to the rental fee, damage waiver and optional add-ons.
- Kindly write your name and bike in notes.
- Click on “Pay”. Stripe will take you through 2 transactions, one for the deposit and one for the charge.
There is no processing fee for credit card holds (pre-authorization), unless we need to charge the deposit.

3 – Cash Payments:
Only VND is legal tender in Vietnam, and it is our official currency.
For convenience of the customers, we flexibly accept multiple currencies, such as: USD, EUR, AUD, CAD, GBP, SGD, NZD, CNY and JPY. We will apply a conversion rate to our benefit, this will be quoted in advance. For other currencies, let us know in advance and we will confirm if we can accept them or not. We only take big notes, not small ones (for example, we will accept 50 and 100 USD, but not 1, 2, 5, 10 nor 20’s.)
For USD Cash: Notes must be 2009, 2013, 2017 or 2021.
All foreign currency must be in excellent conditions, no torn nor cut notes.
Foreign cash to pay for rental fees will be converted to VND. The change will be paid back in VND.
Foreign cash for deposits will be kept as is and returned in full. If the deposit needs to be charged, it will be converteed to VND at a rate to our advantage. The change will be given back in VND.
