We accept: Cash, bank transfers, and credit card payments.
We have 3 types of payments: Security deposits, rental fees and tour deposits and payments.
Please, make sure that the payment method is suitable for the type of payment you are making.
B2B clients, or customers requiring a VAT invoice, contact us directly to arrange the payment.
Cash payments (OK for rentals, deposits and tours):
VND is our official currency.
USD, EUR, AUD, CAD, GBP, SGD, or NZD are accepted with a 3% surcharge for the currency conversion.
USD cash must be 2009, 2013 or 2017.
All foreign currency must be in excellent condition, no torn notes, nor cut.
Foreign cash for rental fees will be converted to VND. The change will be paid back in VND.
Foreign cash for deposits will be kept as is and returned in full. If the deposit needs to be charged, it will be converted to VND (incurring the 3% conversion fee) and the change back will be given in VND.

Follow these instructions:
_ Input your “Customer Email”
_ Type the deposit amount in “Motorbike Deposit (USD)”
_ Leave the “Deposit Type” in “Refundable”
_ Office: Select “Ho Chi Minh”
_ Click on “Pay” to access the credit card information input page and make the payment.
This is a credit card hold, not a charge. The amount will be released back to your account and no charge will appear. Do not use this method for rental/tour payments, if you do, the processing fee will be 5% instead of 3%.
