If the case falls into our responsibility due to a mechanical problem or error of maintenance, we will cover the respective costs. If we find out the issue is due to a user error, then there will be an overtime fee. If the customer requests a normal (non-emergency) task in overtime, we will then ask for an overtime fee.

We do during our working hours of 9am to 6pm. Overtime support is provided within the range of 8am to 9pm. Outside of this range, we will first provide support online or by phone to find a convenient solution. Most times the solution is parking the bike in a nearby parking lot to solve it the following morning. Should there be no available immediate solution and if the case is critical, then we will come to support.

In a city rental, we will arrange to pick up the bike with issues and we will provide a replacement in the meantime. We will exchange back after solving the problem. More details in the city rentals FAQs.

We handle all maintenance and fixing of our bikes. Customers shall not handle it themselves unless explicitly agreed with us.
