We refund 50% of the remaining period of time. This 50% is not calculated as half of the rental nor per the average daily price paid. We will count the number of unused days and the equivalent rental value based on our pricing table. This follows an algorithm.
If the number of unused days is an odd number, we round to the lower even number. For example, if there are 13 unused days, we will count 12, hence we will reimburse 6 of those days.
We count full days and not half days. If the remaining day is only 1, a reimbursment does not apply.
We have a 2 days minimum rental policy, so bikes returned within the first day will still be charged as 2 days.
