How do I get a Vietnamese driving licence?

You may convert a foreign licence into a Vietnamese one or apply for a lifetime licence if you are fluent in Vietnamese.

A temporary residence card (TRC) is required for both of these cases. Tourists can drive with an international driving permit. Check all valid driving licences here.
