I’m in a rush to return the bike, how fast is the process?

We ask customers to consider a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 30 minutes from the time of the drop-off/return appointment. We need to follow a process to handle the deposit and potential damages. In most cases, without damages, the process is quite quick and may take less than 5 minutes. But, in some cases, we may need more time to check thoroughly.

It is important that the customer allows enough time for this procedure to be done properly. The Extra Mile is not responsible for the customer’s travel plannings or tight schedules, hence we request that a maximum of half an hour is allocated for the return process.
