What are your working times?

  • From Monday to Saturday: From 9am to 6pm.
  • Sunday: 10am to 5pm.
  • Delivery and pick-up times: From 9am to 5pm, any day (Sundays with prior notice)
  • Overtime cases’ Fees:
  • 200,000 VND: From 7.30am to 8.30am and from 6pm to 7.30pm if the task is at our office. From 7.30am to 9am and from 5pm to 7.30pm if the task is at the customer’s location.
  • 300,000 VND: For tasks before 7.30am or after 7.30pm. 9pm is our maximum. If a task is requested after 9pm or before 7.30am, a fee may be discussed with the customer.
