We require a 100 USD pre-deposit to confirm a booking made within 45 days of the starting date. The remaining amounts for the rental and deposit are to be paid upon picking up the bike. This pre-deposit is non-refundable in case of a cancellation, and it is credited to the total deposit amount.
Bookings made over 45 days of the starting date require the full payment of the rental to confirm the booking. 50% of this payment is refundable in case of a cancellation. This is due to the risk we take when booking a bike for 1 customer for an extended period of time while we will refuse other requests in conflicting dates.
