Yes. We provide a full fuel tank at the beginning of the rental. We then expect the fuel tank returned full to us. If there is missing fuel, we will charge a fee per missing bar of fuel.
We ask customers to consider a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 30 minutes from the time of the drop-off/return appointment. We need to follow a process to handle the deposit and potential damages. In most cases, without damages, the process is quite quick and may take less than 5 minutes. But, in some cases, we may need more time to check thoroughly.
It is important that the customer allows enough time for this procedure to be done properly. The Extra Mile is not responsible for the customer’s travel plannings or tight schedules, hence we request that a maximum of half an hour is allocated for the return process.
We take the first month’s rent upfront together with the security deposit, and from then we will remind you each month when your rental payment is due.
Most people choose to pay online by bank transfer, and don’t need to physically visit the shop every month!
We try and separate ourselves out by having well-maintained, high-quality motorbikes. That might seem like a generic answer, but the market is full of cheap and cheerful scooter rentals at very low prices. Many of these companies are maintaining their fleet of motorbikes on shoestring budgets.
We want our riders to be proud of the motorbike they are driving, and confident in its reliability. Our maintenance intervals are on a schedule, rather than a “fix when broken” basis.
We also offer premium motorbikes and scooters that other companies simply don’t provide.
Ultimately, we want to charge a premium for a premium service!
Not on a city-rental contract. You can travel on road-trip rental contract: road trip rentals. We have also added the damage waiver for the best convenience of the customer.
Yes, we offer group discounts. Depending on the quantity and models selected we will make an offer for a group rental.

Present the copy of registration and rental contract to the security for them to confirm it is a rental bike. Usually, the copy of registration and an ID of the customer are sufficient for this matter.
Should you experience difficulties, let us know and we will confirm ownership.
Please, be mindful that if we need to come to assist, we can only do it during our working times, otherwise an overtime fee will apply.
The security will have a process to authorize the bike pick up, usually the verification of ownership documents and an ID. It is possible that you may need to reach out to us for confirmation of ownership.
Our rental contracts include a renewal date rather than an end date. The customer may keep the same rental and renew with us, we will then confirm the next period’s rental amount.
We only provide delivery for city-rentals. Road trip rental bikes must be picked up at our locations to receive the full process.
WE DO NOT DELIVER NOR PICK UP IN FAR DISTRICTS SUCH AS TAN PHU, BINH TAN, D11, D12, NHA BE, D5, D6, D8, D10, ETC.
These far locations require 2 of our staff to be busy for 2 hours and 30 minutes, which is not sustainable for our daily operations.
We provide free delivery in the following zones from 9.30am to 5pm:
_ Thu Duc City / An Khanh ward (old D2, D9 and Thu Duc)
_ Binh Thanh, Phu Nhuan & Tan Binh
_ D1, D3, D4, D7.
Pick-up and delivery requests out of our delivery and working times can be arranged with sufficient notice and will be subject to an extra fee.
We provide up to 2 free helmets with every rental. We have both new, recent and old helmets, all in good or a reasonable condition for safe use. We offer half size, open face 3/4 helmets light and heavy ones, and full-face helmets.
We charge the extra kilometers at a per kilometer rate indicated on the rental contract. The range is between 2,000đ and 10,000đ depending on the model.
The charge per kilometer will be written on the contract.
Our bikes come with a phone holder, up to 2 helmets, an optional raincoat, a copy of the registration and the government insurance document.
We can also provide a storage rear boxes for a rental fee. The fee will be quoted based on the type of box and rental duration.
City rentals are aimed at rentals staying within the city. We offer city rentals with a minimum of 2 days. Consider the range of 20km to 50km per day, with a total of 1,500km per month. For rentals under a month, we use the total limit of 50km/day, hence a 15 days rental will have a limit of 750kms.
Road-trip motorbike rentals are charged on a daily rate and have unlimited kilometers. You may leave the city and travel Vietnam. You cannot take our bikes across borders. The prices are higher, but this reflects the distance increase and the way we handle breakdowns and difficult situations that may occur outside the city.
