Yes, if your rental starts and ends in Ho Chi Minh City.

Not for one-way rentals. We will provide 2L of fuel. In this case, you only need to return enough fuel for us to drive the motorbike back from the shipping location. This is due to the shipping services draining the fuel out of motorbikes before transport.

All logistical arrangements are to be made by us only. If you need to transport the bike by train or truck to head to a different region of the country, it is imperative that we arrange it ourselves.
Should the customer arrange it on their own without notice, the customer will be fully responsible for any damage that the shipping service may make.

We do not allow bus transportation due to frequent damage and lack of warranty.

Our offices are located in HCMC and we arrange the shipping from Phu Quoc ourselves.

For Da Nang and Hanoi, our customers may pick up or drop off at Tigit Motorbikes.

Drop off is possible at Da Lat via Tigit Motorbikes.

Drop off is possible in Ha Giang via Style Motorbikes.

Check out our disclaimer about one-way rentals here: https://theextramile.co/one-way-rental-disclaimer/

If you wish to return your bike in a different city, we need a heads up at least 3 days prior. We may need to make new logistical arrangements to make the return possible, it will depend greatly on the city as well. The drop-off can only be accepted in cities where we have a partner that can help us receiving the bike, if there are none, we will refuse said city and the customer must either keep their original drop-off plan or choose a city we can support from.

For most scenarios, the conditions follow our pricing table. However, in the case of renting a bike from Da Nang or Hanoi, the shipiping fees may differ depending on the season. If it is the case, we will quote prior to making a reservation.

In the case of starting a rental from Da Nang or Hanoi, we require a higher pre-deposit of 200 USD per bike. This is due to the double shipping cost we will need to cover in the case of a cancellation. If for example the customer cancels when we already shipped the bike to the starting location, we will lose the cost of shipping twice. For that matter the pre-deposit is higher when starting in Da Nang or Hanoi.

A similar policy applies when finishing the rental in a city we do not have listed as a partner city. For such cases, we need to quote the shipping based on the season and method. For example, shipping a 300cc or 500c bike in those scenarios will be more expensive as we may need to use a train rather than a truck. Should you start or end the rental at locations other than HCMC or non-listed cities, kindly ask us for a case-by-case quote.

You can view our pricing table here, or you can put your dates and locations into the website and it will build a quote for all our motorbikes.

No, we do not allow our bikes to go out of Vietnam, and in any case the procedure is very complicated and requires the legal owner to do it.

All our motorbikes can now go on road trip and one way rentals. EXCEPT Electric bikes.
